The 4IR Bootcamp initiative is tailored specifically to align career choices and studies of individuals to growing industries, relatively new industries and undersubscribed sectors to promote the inclusion of marginalized communities. We harness and encourage the take up of these skills and match the learners to resources at various phases of their educational level and career paths.
Our Services
We provide a holistic approach to the development of careers young people in township communities through direct involvement in the planning and development of the awareness campaign and training programme.
Create an end-to-end solution from development to employment of the learners.
Assist with sourcing and screening eligible candidates for future employment opportunities. This would include identifying key academic institutions inclusive of High Schools, that will participate in the supply of students for the programme.
Identify and partner with key investors and stakeholders to assist with funding learners in their career development.
Add value by matching skills to resources with an eye for gender lens investing.

Career Guidance Bootcamp
The Career Guidance process will provide not only primary and high school students but young adults and unemployed individuals across the country with the knowledge and tools that will equip them with the correct tools to make wiser career choices, as well as select study paths and training courses that will certify their employment.
