Primary Education

The opportunity at this phase is to open children and young people’s horizons, exposing them to a broad range of ideas and challenging the early formulation of stereotypes When done well, career education helps young people learn about themselves and possible future pathways. When a child’s imagination is unlocked, possibilities are opened, allowing them to choose a path for their future. Age-appropriate career education that begins early will help pupils enjoy a fulfilling life regardless of their background.
We offer 4IR bootcamps as a non-formal learning initiative (NFL) and extra-curricular activities or ‘enrichment. NFL initiatives improve educational outcomes, employment prospects, and physical and mental health. Investment in this area can also deliver economic benefits in the longer term through improving educational outcomes and life skills leading to greater productivity. It can also reduce social care costs and create a stimulus for NFL providers.
